At Boody, we want you to be completely comfortable in your essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened underwear or socks unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items into a mailer bag, ensuring the original invoice is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
